Always fast with service and usually gets me right in but recently they request to keep the car either overnight or all day to get anything done. However, they seem to always find the issue and fix it when asked. Oil changes are slick and worth it at Ken Garff.

Just getting basic customer service don't exist these days. The Ford Team in Mesquite provided basic customer service and much, much, much more. Their professionalism had a personal touch to it. I was traveling to Hurricane, UT from Kentucky and had an issue with my truck on the way. When I arrived, Nikki got me right in, understanding the urgency of needing the truck back. Even though they were not 100% able to correct my issue due to back ordered parts, they took outstanding care of me and communicated with me on what was going on daily! I hope I can find a service center here at home that treats me as well as Nikki and her team did. I'm very grateful of their service!


Would definitely recommend! Jerry Lucas went out of his way to make sure we were all taken care of. He even stayed later than he was scheduled to make sure we got everything and more done. If you need service done I would recommend going with Jerry!

They do a great job here. Service writers are easy to work with and they do a great job.

We use to hate using this dealership for our service needs. But they hired a new gal there and she had been a god send. She keeps everything running in a very efficient manner. We tell people to go there all the time and now use them every time we need service done.

I go to ken garage for service all the time. (I have never bought a car from them). They have the advantage care deal for oil changes, and tire rotations. I drop my car off for that in the morning without an appointment, and they get it done same day. They have always provided great service for a good price, so I take 2 Toyota's here instead of the Toyota dealer because I get a better experience every time.


Great service center. Prompt and fast to getting me in and out without having to wait a month like the website scheduler wanted me to. Took care of everything. Best service I've had from a service center.

We were on a road trip through Utah (from Wisconsin) and had issues with our rental car. They got us in to inspect the vehicle within 2 days and were a tremendous help! We cannot say enough how thankful we are to them for helping us out—especially the Service Advisor that we worked with, Jerry Lucas. We would definitely come back (if we ever find ourselves in Southern Utah again 🙂 ).

They were fast on getting my paperwork done quickly. They followed through with the commitments they had made promptly when needed. Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable.

I am always impressed by the friendly and helpful service personnel with whom I interact. I especially appreciate the last visit. I had merely scheduled an oil change--at the last minute no less--but when I took in the vehicle I asked if it were possible to perform an additional service (GDI Induction for a 2016 Ecoboost F-150) at the same time. They cheerfully replied it could be done not only at the same visit, but in the same time as the regular oil change. Jerry in the service department really understands customer service. I usually try to avoid going to dealerships for service but Jerry was straight up front with us and made us feel like our car was in good hands.

Purchased my “new to me” 2017 F150 Lariat today and honestly, I had the absolute best sales experience ever. My Father In Law and my Wife’s Grandfather worked for GM for over 30 years so I know a thing or two about car sales. Our sales man, Tim Perry was straight, and up front with pricing. He charged me the listed price and made good on a discount for the Line X bed liner the truck needed (scheduling for next week) as well as floor mats etc. We were in and out within a few hrs following a great test drive. ...

Great staff but inconsistent pricing. I was quoted $417 when I booked the appointment for a standard 100k mile service but was charged $520 when I picked up the car.
